Jeanette has an attention to detail and level of patience/understanding that I find is rare when going through this stressful time.We really enjoyed working with her and highly recommend her to others. We have worked with Jeanette previously and would never use anyone else for real estate. We had an incredibly tight timeline to sell in order to move into our dream home. She literally dropped everything to get our house listed and sold in two days, for over $10k above asking price. I initially invited a realtor from a brand name agency. This realtor came to the house with only an exclusivity contract and a low estimate for what the house could be sold at. We wanted a second opinion so Jeanette got a call. She showed up the next day with comparable home sales from the area and an estimate that was 20% higher than the other realtor. Jeanette’s enthusiasm and plans for the selling the home convinced us that we should sign with her. The house was posted in November on several well known sites. Jeanette hosted an open house and showed the home other days. About two weeks later we had an offer at full price. Throughout the contract phase Jeanette made sure both parties were doing what they were supposed to. When the buyer asked for a couple of things that were impossible due to the time of year Jeanette was able to keep the ball rolling without any concessions on my part. It was just about six weeks from posting the house for sale to closing day. Jeanette was with us every step of the way. We couldn’t be happier with our experience. Jeanette was an extraordinary realtor to work with we’d highly recommend her.
