Jeanette made buying a house so easy for us. The process was scary to start but she walked us through everything and was available every time we needed her. She answered questions and is so knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone I know buying a house. If we ever need to buy another one I will 100% be reaching out to her!

Jeanette is the absolute best, she has found us several homes and she is the only realtor we trust to make sure we end up in a safe and comfortable space. We trust that she keeps our goals and interest in mind and know that she would never let us purchase something that didn’;t align with what we wanted. She fights for you when you need her to and she encourages you when you need her to. She is the perfect balance of being aggressive about your deal while making you feel safe and taken care of. there is NO ONE in the world you could ever convince me to use besides Jeanette. This year, my father passed away and his home (my childhood home) needed to be sold. My husband and I live almost 800 miles from the home and keeping it was not feasible. It was a very unusual property as the 60 year old home was in disrepair but the property was one in a million. After meeting with Jeanette and another realtor, we chose Jeanette. She saw the beauty in the property, understood our situation being long distance clients. To get the home ready to sell took a lot of work on our end but she was always there to help: meeting contractors at the home, giving us updates on contractors progress, etc. Her advice on how to list the property with it’s quirks, what additional information we needed to provide for potential buyers were spot on. Property sold the first day and closing was organized and easy.

During this absolutely crazy real estate market, Jeanette Bandouvers was the bright spot. Always professional, timely, and not afraid to tell us when we were considering settling for less than we wanted. With patience and knowledge, she was able to help us buy our dream home.
